    • Beginner – Ssangjyelbong (Nunchuku)
    • Intermediate – Jangbong (Long Staff)
    • Advanced – Janggum (Long Sword)
  • Ilbodaeryun (One Step Sparring)
  • Hoshinsul (Self Defense Joint Manipulation Techniques) 
  • Gotoogi (Grappling)
    • Beginners – Positioning
    • Intermediate & Advanced – Takedowns and Submissions

Necessary Equipment:

  • Appropriate Weapon
  • Gotoogi Uniform

THURSDAY & FRIDAY CLASS

Curriculum:

  • Basics (Striking Combinations): #3 & #4
  • Hyung (Open Hand Forms)
  • Joksul (Kicking Tests)
  • Daeryun & Yongtoogi (Standup Sparring)
    • Tae Soo Do – Light Contact Point Fighting
    • Hwa Rang Do – Kick / Punch / Throw / Quick Submit Continuous Fighting

Necessary Equipment:

  • Appropriate Uniform
  • Appropriate Sparring Gear:
    • Helmet
    • Chest Guard
    • Gloves
    • Boots
    • Shinguard
    • Mouth Piece
    • Groin Cup (For Boys and Men)

FRIDAY EXTRA MAKEUP CLASS

This is an open practice which means that it is not a formal class but an informal self practice with supervision by the instructors on material that the students wants.
Necessary Equipment: Casual Training Attire (Uniforms not necessary)

SATURDAY CLASS

  • Bongtoogi (Stick Fighting)
  • Gumtoogi (Sword Fighting)

    • Jangbong – Long Rattan Staff
    • Ssanggum – Twin Short Bamboo Swords
    • Janggum – Long Bamboo Sword
